As soon as we brought the caravan I was desperate to return to the holiday destination of my childhood, Swanage and we went in August 2019 for just over a week, This site is small, quiet and peaceful.
There aren’t any play areas with equipment for children here, but the bathroom baby facilities are great!
A huge bonus is you are in walking distance to the steam train station which takes you into Swanage or up to Corfe Castle and Village.
You can see the steam trains go past from most of the site.
We visited Weymouth Sea life centre which was fab and spent several days down on Swanage beach Bliss!
Points to note the entrance and exit with a caravan was quite tight, but they have set arrival/departure times to avoid any “difficulties” and I probably wouldn’t recommend for a younger family as nothing for the kids to do onsite!
